Dear Sirs, The Commissioners welcome the new signage as being an improvement and, assuming that driving visibility is not impaired as vehicles exit the premises, they have no objections.

There is however the matter of the substantial sign situated very prominently high on the slope behind the wall on the northern side of the Main Road entrance and it is assumed that this will be removed immediately. This sign is not shown on the plan accompanying the retrospective application.
