Sorry Paul, The original Application was 08/01273/B Flower Shed 12th July 2008. I do not have a copy of the approval or conditions to hand but this application is to allow the identified area to be rented out for use by other groups and not just part of the Floristry centre. I was originally intended this area was used for training and floristry demonstrations (as shown on drawings) I don't know if that was confirmed in the conditions.
