Good Morning Abigail, Further to our conversation this morning, I can advise that the Ramsey Town Commissioners considered the following planning applications at their meetings held on 15th March and 20th March 2017:-
17/00056/B Glenn Kinrade, Installation of window (retrospective) and construction of decking with perimeter rail, \$ Market Place East, Ramsey(amended plans) Recommendation to Object to the amended proposal as previously submitted.
17/00075/B J.C. Johns, Construction of double garage, Rudder House, Westbourne Close, Ramsey - Recommendation to submit an Observation that the proposed flat roofed garage should not be used as a roof terrace or similar.
17/00199/C C.Carey and H Auclerc, Change of Use of existing bedroom as beauty salon, Ailsa Craig, 13 Cooil Breryk, Ramsey - recommendation to submit an Observation that the hours of operation should be restricted by a condition as stated in applicants submission.
I trust that these comments will be passed to the relevant Planning Officers for their attention. I will provide confirmation correspondence for the above in due course,
