While I'm writing I'd like to confirm that Arbory Parish Commissioners considered the following planning applications at their recent meeting and have no comments or concerns to raise. The applications were:
17/01133 - Field 425058, Ronague. Mr and Mrs Coole. Proposed Agricultural Workers Dwelling. Changes to previously approved scheme include solar panels, air source heat pump and extension of flat roof between garage and dwelling.
17/01134 - Croit ny Glionney, Colby Glen Road. Mrs Mylchreest. Single storey garden room extension & internal alteration to private dwelling.
17/01142 - Ballamaddrell, Ballabeg. Prof Maddrell. Removal of conservatory and erection of replacement ground floor extension. 17/01144 - Ballamaddrell, Ballabeg. Prof Maddrell. Rebuilding and expansion of outbuildings. 17/01145 - 3 Croit e Cubbon, Colby. Mrs Mylchreest. Single storey kitchen extension & enlargement of dormer window. 17/00725 - Ballakindry Mill, Ballagawne Road. Baliacreggan Farms Ltd. Amended plans showing trees to be felled.
I'd also like to confirm that Rushen Parish Commissioners considered the following planning application at their recent meeting and have no concerns to raise. The application was:
17/01168/B Tennis Cottage, Honna Road. Mr Dion Meechan. Window replace with bi-fold doors.
