With reference to the above mentioned application, please be advised a public sewerage crosses this site as shown in the attached layout.
We are not writing to object to the application but to inform you that in the event of a problem, Manx Utilities Authority would require access at all times.
No part of the proposed development may be constructed, nor any trees planted within three metres of any public sewer either at the time of construction or any time in the future.
