The proposal is to provide 2 new 4 bedroom units of tourist accomodation specifically for disabled use. There is no car parking provision within the SP for tourist accomodation and it is therefore considered to have a similar reauirement as residential accomodation. 2 car parking spaces are required for this unit one of which should be a disabled parking space. The size of these units is such that additional parking may be required due to multiple occupation.
The proposal is sited within a group of existing and proposed tourist accomodation and the overall car parking provision is below that normally required.
