In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 16th April 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to drawing no.s K236/P/10-00 rev. A, K236/P/10-01 rev. A, K236/P/10-02 rev. A, K236/P/10-03, K236/P/10-04, K236/P/12-01 and K236/P/13-01 date stamped the 10th January 2012.

1. Between the 1st March and 1st October in any one year the holiday accommodation hereby approved must be used only for individual lets not exceeding four weeks in duration. Outside of this period longer lets to tourists are permissible. For the avoidance of doubt, no

approval should hereby be conferred by this approval for the use of the new accommodation as separate dwellings.

1. Prior to the first occupation of development hereby approved the road link connecting to the access road leading to Castletown Road must be constructed in accordance with drawing no. K236/P/10-02 rev. A date stamped the 10th January 2012.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

• Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
