In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 3rd February 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The use must be taken up within two years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- This permission relates to the use of Dundalk Cottage and the associated garage as a watchmaking business, as shown by the drawings submitted on 4th January 2012, operated by Roger W. Smith Ltd and may not be used by anyone else or for any other purpose without the prior written permission of the Planning Authority.
This decision was made by the Development Control Manager in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
