Condition 1
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Condition 2
For the avoidance of doubt the application hereby approved for the installation of the sliding sash windows to the front elevation are on the basis on a 'like for like' basis in terms of the method of openings and the installation of an externally applied vertical bar to the first and second floor windows. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the Conservation Area
