Reasons For Refusal
Application No. 1 No. 02-00042-B
- The site forms part of a large area designated for resubmission of payment on the Kirk Michael Local Plan 1994. The development of only part of that land is proposed would represent piecemeal development which would not be an efficient way of utilising this allocated housing land.
- Notwithstanding the above, the size of the proposed bungalows and their position in relation to each other and to neighbouring properties would represent a cramped and unsatisfactory layout.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
