The Planning Inspector appointed by the Council of Ministers in accordance with Regulation 13(9) of the abovementioned Regulations has now considered the application and submitted his report.
On 4th February 2016, the Council of Ministers considered the recommendations of the Planning Inspector and determined to approve the application subject to the condition(s) specified below.

Conditions of Approval
- 1. The development hereby granted registered building consent shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice.
Reason: To comply with paragraph 2(2)(a) of Schedule 3 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1999 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented Registered Building Consents.
2. The development shall not be carried out except in accordance with DrawingNos. 1501-003 and 1501-004, both date-stamped as having been received on 29thMay 2015.
In accordance with Article13(10)(c) of the Order, please be advised that the decision of the Council of Ministers is binding and final (subject to the possibility of judicial review by petition of doleance).
