It was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners had no objections to the following Planning Applications:

- PA16/00367 – Erection of a detached garage with ancillary living accommodation above on footprint previously approved under PA 15/00827/B – Sea View, Port Soderick
- PA 16/00374 – Miss E McGowan – Replacement of existing glazed conservatory roof with tiles – 107 Fairways Drive, Mount Murray
- PA 16/00391 – Mr J R Teare – Steel portal framed general purpose agricultural building – Colooneys Bungalow, The Cooil, Braddan
