It was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners had no objections to the following Planning Applications:

• PA16/00266/B – SES Satellite Leasing Ltd – Erection of four satellite ground antennas with related buildings and security fencing – Carnane Radio Site, Old Castletown Road, Braddan

• PA16/00268/B – Mr & Mrs D Jewell – Replacement of existing glazed conservatory roof with lightweight roof tiles – Dreemskerry, Ballaoates Road, Castleward, Braddan

• PA16/00284/B – Twickenham Investment Ltd – Construction of a car park deck over an existing car parking area – Land to rear of RL360 House, Isle of Man Business Park

• PA16/00290/B – Isle of Man Development Company Ltd – Conversion of existing units from warehouse, & light industrial to display, distribution, warehousing & sales of industrial/automotive products, creation of vehicular access & additional car parking & erection of fencing & boundary bollards.
