Conditions Of Approval
The approval letter solely to the convenience and extension of the existing building is shown in the submitted application and is approved in hereby implied to the owner of a new building in place for the existing building.
At the external finisher to the proposed extension must be the existing building in all respect to the side of the C1.

There must be no excess trace from the proposed build to the lower level.

The air storage tank must be provided and a suitable barrier must be capable of taking the contents of the tank from 10% to the rest of the 100% of the C1.
The proposed development must comply with respect and to use of Byclass 12 and report to the owner, and have it read.
