5.1 The extension and use of The Granary as a dwelling is lawful due to implementation prior to 26 May 1980 of approval reference number 46744. In the unlikely event that approval ref. no. 46744 was not lawfully implemented prior to 26 May 1980, then the extension and use became lawful without conditions ten years after completion. 5.2 The use of the access to The Granary from Pooilvaaish Road is lawful as a result of implementation in March 1993 of approval reference number 92/0983, which included approval to breach condition 10 of approval ref. no. 46744, which latter approval itself was either implemented or, alternatively, the conditions of which are not in force. 5.3 Consequently, a Certificate of Lawfulness of Existing Use or Development should be issued for the use of the access to The Granary from Pooilvaaish Road.
