The comment stated;

I do not think that the dog-daycare business is situated in a good area. I travel on this road every day and the traffic is already very bad, having a business here that is open during peak traffic times would increase the traffic tremendously.

I would also worry about a dog escaping onto the main road and an accident happening, so there is a health and safety risk with this business opening there.
