The proposal comprises a change of use of existing unit located to the rear of Corkills Petrol Filling Station. The existing units are accessed off the existing Main Road / Govenor's Road / Summer Hill Road roundabout. Offstreet parking is provided at these units. The Department is therefore satisfied that the proposed change of use will not have a detrimental impact on the adjacent highway network.
Recommendation: Having reviewed the supporting information, the Department of Infrastructure does not oppose this planning application (DNO).
