- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval for the replacement of windows and doors relates to drawing titles Location Plan, Existing Front Elevation, Rear Elevation Existing, Side Elevation, Front Elevation, Front Elevation Proposed in Woodgrain PVC, Side Elevation (from 'Riverside'), Proposed Side Elevation at 'The Nook' with Door to Rear, Rear Elevation, Rear Elevation Proposed Change from Timber to PVCU Woodgrain Finish and Proposed Change of Sliding Patio Door to Double Outward Opening Doors Woodgrain PVCU date stamped 29th November 2011.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
