Planning Application for new dwelling at Robin Hill Farm, Cronk Y Dhooney, Ballakilpheric, Colby
Dear Planning Officer,
The attached application is full approval for the new dwelling formally granted approval in principle under application number 13/00452/A. Below are a brief description of how the full application complies with each of the reserved matters:
The building has been designed to comply with Planning Circular 3/91 and is generally as per the previously approved drawings. Attached is a photograph of a building down the road with similar features and proportions to that of our proposed dwelling.
There is parking for two cars on site with a turning head.
The wall and the gate to the entrance will be no higher than 1m to allow for visibility. The visibility will be further improved by widening of the existing road by approximately 1.4m.
The steel agricultural shed has been dismantled and sold for reuse on another farm rather than scrap. The blockwork walls have been reduced/ removed as required. The concrete base of the shed will be broken up for hardcore during the construction and reused entirely on site.
We trust this meets with your approval and we thank you for your consideration in this instance.
Yours faithfully,
David Baxter
