Dear All,
It was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners had no objections to the following Planning Applications:
- PA15 00449 LAW - Carnane Estates Ltd - Certificate of Lawful Development for the creation of hard standing - Land adjacent to Ellenbrook Farm Old Castletown Road Braddan
- However the Commissioners commented that the site should be properly screened through the use of appropriate landscaping.
- PA15 00478 B - SOA Investments Ltd - Erection of a detached storage building - Oakhill House Oak Hill Port Soderick
- PA15/00409/B - Champion House Tromode Industrial Estate Tromode
- PA15/00513/B - Ballamillaghyn Farm Mount Rule Douglas Isle Of Man IM4 4HT
- PA15/00528 - Duke Marketing Ltd - Erection of illuminated and non illuminated signage - Champion House, Douglas
