In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of 1 year from the date of this notice.
- This permission is temporary only and accordingly the temporary office and associated staff accommodation must be removed and the use must cease on or before 1st January 2017.
- This permission relates to roof light and window alteration and creation of temporary office and associated staff accommodation, Africa House, Woodbourne Road, Douglas as shown by 01 Survey, PL01, PL03, PL04, PL07 and PL08 received 20th October 2011.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
