If the Inspector is minded to recommend to the Minister that the application is approved, the Department would suggest that the following conditions and notes are attached to the approval notice: a. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. b. This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawing T/1, T/2 and T/3 on 5th February 2007.
