Planning Approval Decision Notice
The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Richmond Square Estates Limited Proposal: Erection of a replacement dwelling with additional vehicular access at: Thie-Ny-Ree Ballacharry Road St Marks Ballasalla Isle Of Man IM9 3AU which was considered on 10th February 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 14th February 2011

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the replacement of the existing dwelling as shown and described in drawings reference 1002 P101, 1002 P301, 1002 P302 and 1002 X001 received on 23rd November, 2010 and 1002 P001A received on 9th December, 2010.
- All existing buildings on site must be removed prior to the occupation of the new dwelling.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
