Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the following drawn information, all dated 19/3/12:
A3 sheet - Site and Location Plan scale 1:1000 A4 sheet - St. German’s Cathedral Seating Plan – Proposed (diagrammatic) Removal of pews in Aisles. A4 Photo Print - ‘Views of Pews in North Aisle’. A4 Photo Print - ‘Views of Pews in South Aisle’.
This decision was made by the Development Control Manager under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 4(2) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
