In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 26th January 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 27th January 2012 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This approval relates to the installation of a 10 metre high monopole with two antennas and equipment cabinets as shown in drawing numbers 001 Rev B, 002 Rev C, 003 Rev. C, 004 Rev C and 005 Rev C date stamped 29th December 2011 and the Declaration of Conformity with ICNIRP Public Exposure Guidelines and supporting statement from Mono Consultant dated stamped 29th December 2011.
- In the event of the replica telegraph pole and cabinets erected under this approval becoming redundant they must be taken down along with all ancillary infrastructure and be removed from the site within 3 months of the cessation of use and the land restored back to form part of field.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
