- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a dwelling as shown in drawing numbers 01, 02 and 03 date stamped 8th September 2011, 02 Rev A date stamped 12th October 2011, Flood Risk Assessment prepared by MacOwan Collett date stamped 8th September 2011 and Klargester Biodisc details date stamped 8th September 2011.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
