Planning I.D.O. 24942
With reference to the application made by Mr. T.B. Carrin for the conversion of a chinchilla breeding hut to a bungalow at "Arfryn," Ballacraine, St. Johns, German, and your attendance at the meeting of my Committee held on 17th February, 1969, when the decision refusing this application was reviewed, I have to inform you that after considering the views put forward, my Committee decided to revoke this decision and to grant approval thereto, subject to the following conditions (inter alia):
(a) The external walls of the building must comply with the requirements as to non-combustibility and fire resistance specified in Building Bye Law 34.
(b) The owner of the property, "Arfryn," must make provision for car parking space to be made available for the occupant of the proposed bungalow to the rear to the satisfaction of the Planning Committee.
(c) All services including electricity and telephone must be laid underground.
(d) The statutory sewage connection fee shall be payable to the Local Government Board in respect of each dwelling connected either directly or indirectly to the sewer.
The Applicant or any person who has submitted views herein may, if still dissatisfied with my Committee's decision, appeal from such decision in terms of Section 8 of the Town and Country Planning (Interim Development) Regulations, 1956, to the Appeals Committee within 14 days of receiving this notice.
