In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 01, 02 and 03 date stamped the 24th August 2011.
- Prior to the commencement of the construction of the dwelling the existing Ash tree located on the southern boundary of the application site must be protected by appropriate fencing to protect against damage during the course of construction. The means of fencing and subsequent protection should follow the recommendations contained within British Standard 5837:2005 - Trees and Construction.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
