Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of signage (In association with 11/00115/D) as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings SM11/239/1, SM11/239/2, SM11/239/3 and SM11/239/4 all received on 28th January 2011.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 4(2) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
