Neighbour Objection Letter with Plan

8th August 2011 Planning Application: 11/01060/B Dear Sir or Madam, I write in reference to the above planning application at Beaufield Park, formally Cronk Dhoo, Greeba. We own Knock Dhoo, Greeba, which is adjacent to Beaufield. Please see the enclosed plan which identifies our boundaries in bold.
On 24th July, I was tipped off that water pipes and electricity cables had already been laid, in preparation for the building of the new stable block. I visited Beaufied on Monday 25th, only to find that the for-mentioned cables had in fact been sited on our land. I spoke to Karl (Estate Manager) straight away, and brought this to his attention. He was surprised that the cables had been sited on our land, and not on the parcel of land to the left of our drive. I requested that they be removed, and sited on Beaufield land.
I hereby oppose the planning application for the new stable block, until the cables have been removed, and relocated onto Beaufield land. I would also like to look into the access rights that we originally gave to the previous owner, Mrs. Linda Kermode.
This is in no way meant with bad intent. We purely want everything to be clear and concise.
