In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: The Vicar & Wardens of German (Church of England) Proposal: Registered Building consent for internal alterations to the South Clergy Vestry, electrical re-wiring and installation of lighting scheme to the main body of the Cathedral and installation of kitchen facilities to the North Transept. Registered Building Nos. 204 at: St Germans Cathedral Derby Road Peel Isle of Man IM5 1HH
which was considered on 25th January 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2No. A3 plans indicating the power and lighting layout. 1No. A3 Photomontage indicating the 'Existing Corona with new low voltage light fittings', large scale Cross Section showing lighting layouts and positions of lights etc.
3No. A3 Sheets showing light fittings. Submission entitled 'Specification - Proposed Electrical re-wiring and lighting improvements.'
A4 submission entitled 'Notes for Application for Registered Building Consent', pages 4, 6, 7, 8 and A4 sheet entitled 'St German's Cathedral South (Clergy) Vestry indicated in green'.
A4 submission including sheets entitled 'St. German's Cathedral Floor Plan, showing North Transept Kitchen' and 5No A4 sheets showing the kitchen layouts and 3D representations of the same.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 4(2) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
