(4) The approval hereby granted relates to the revised plans (ref: Nos. 8313/4, 8313/5 and 8313/8) submitted on the 30th March 1983 and no approval is here granted or implied in respect of previously submitted plans of these numbers.
(5) The occupation of the proposed dwelling must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was employment in agriculture in the Island and including also the dependants of such persons as aforesaid and such tenancy must be subject at all times to enquiry and approval by the Committee.
(6) The proposed dwelling must be retained and occupied in association with whole of the holding as shown in the plan (ref: no. 8313/7) submitted on 18th February, 1983 and must not be sold or let off separately therefrom the satisfaction of the Planning Committee.
(7) This permission is for the erection of one dwelling only on the whole of land shown on the submitted application.
(8) The ruined dwelling on the site must be completely demolished PRIOR to the commencement of any development works to the satisfaction of the Committee.
(9) The temporary hut must be dismantled and removed from the site together with all derelict cars thereon PRIOR to the commencement of any development works to the satisfaction of the Committee.
(10) The access to the proposed dwelling must be widened and improved to a standard adequate to carry public service vehicles to the satisfaction of the Committee.
(11) All services including electricity and telephone must be laid underground to the satisfaction of the Committee and arrangements for the supply of such services acceptable to the Committee must be made PRIOR to the commencement of any building works.
(12) Landscaping and the planting of young trees and shrubs must be carried out according to a scheme which must be submitted to and approved by the Isle of Man Forestry, Mines and Lands Board and the Committee PRIOR to the commencement of any building works.
(13) The proposed external render must be a neutral colour to the satisfaction of the Committee and a sample thereof must be submitted to and approved by the Committee PRIOR to the commencement of any development works.
(14) The proposed barn must be finished in a dark colour sheeting to the satisfaction of the Committee.
(15) The size, design and position of the septic tank and its soakaway shall be to the satisfaction of the Byelaw Officer.
