The self storage element of the business would require very little in the way of parking provision as vehicles would only be present for the short time it would take to load/ unload and would not be left unattended. The facility would most likely be used by self movers with a hired van mainly during evenings and weekends. We do not intend to provide vehicle storage on the forecourt.
The fitness studio would also require short term parking with sessions 1 hr max running on a one to one or two to one basis during the day $6 \mathrm{am}-7 \mathrm{pm}$ window (max 3 persons on site). Group sessions of up to 10 would be run evenings during the $6-8 \mathrm{pm}$ window. I feel the parking on site would be adequate as some are likely to lift share, cycle or travel by bus (bus stop nearby). There is currently the option to park on Ballahick road which would appear sufficiently wide, our intended peak times coincide with Balthane Parks quieter times.
