TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Hartford Homes, Ref 25/10145/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 13 of 23/00744/B and AP24/0048 detailing arboricultural method statement at Land At Vollan Field No's 131042, 131043, 135315 And 135318 Land East Of Royal Park Field No's 131085 And 135140 Andreas Road Ramsey Isle Of Man IM7 4EA.

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This approval relates to the document, arboricultural method statement and drawing no. TP-061222-NE_revD, TP-061222-SW_revD, which have all been received on 27th November 2025.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted documents and after consultation with DEFA Forestry, which is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning conditions 13 of application 23/00744/B and AP24/0048 , under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
