TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr And Mrs Mark And Lynette Byrne, Ref 26/10023/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 6 of 25/90754/B detailing battery storage system at Loughen E Yeigh Farm Bayr Ny Hayrey Lezayre Ramsey Isle Of Man IM7 2AU .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This approval relates to the documents, datasheet, which has been received on 5th December 2025, and drawing no. 110, 101, which have been received on 18th February 2026.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted documents is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning conditions 6 of application 24/00453/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
