In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 15th September 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of two (2) years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the restoration and extension to existing building to create a dwelling (comprising amendments to PA 10/01603/B), as shown in the 1:2500 Location Plan, in addition to drawing numbers 1/11 and 2/11, all date stamped 11 July 2011.
- Prior to the commencement of development, details of all the external materials to be used shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority.
NOTE The residential curtilage is not implied in the approved drawings.
NOTE It should be noted that unless otherwise shown in the approved drawings, no approval is hereby granted or implied for the rebuilding of the barn, should it subsequently be found to be structurally incapable of restoration.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
