In accordance with Section 12 of the above Regulations, the person appointed by the Council of Ministers to consider this application has submitted his report.
In accordance with paragraph 12(5) (a) and (b), a copy of the appointed persons report is enclosed.
On the 24th November 2011, and after consultation, the Council of Ministers accepted the recommendation contained within that report and the application was approved subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

This consent relates to the erection of information signage as shown on the following drawings which are stamped as having been received on 8 July 2011: (a) 1 : 2500 scale plan showing the positions of the signs; (b) 1 : 10,000 @ A3 scale "Location Plan" (Drawing No. 001); (c) 1 : 20 @ A3 scale drawing entitled "Entrance signs" (Drawing No. 002 Rev. C).
