General Report Site Visited: Y / N The property and site constitute the Beetlive kindergarten situated off Hillbong Road. This property and the one next door (previously known as "Weyhorn" but now approved for use in association with the Beetlive has been the subject of recent concerns from neighbours and the Commissioners when proposals for the extension of "Weyhorn" were considered. The Beetlive has been the subject of numerous extensions and alterations over the years, some going as far as Appeal (Now proposed is the removal of two single storey outlets and their replacement by a new extension to provide toilets and a kitchen. Whilst I too would be worried if the amount of children who now attend are attended next to my house, I don't think this latest application will make a significant difference and the number of people children attending is a Signed Dated Matter for DHSS and the noise for BHI. ## Summary Of Objections/Views ODC Obj. 0/1 Macdonald Obj. noise CFO OK.
