In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 11th August 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.

1. This approval relates to the additional use of premises to provide cafe facility (retrospective), Unit 4 Hills Meadow Industrial Estate, Douglas as shown by Location Plan, Floor Plans and Support Letter received 6th July 2011.

NOTE For the avoidance of doubt, this approval relates to the additional use of the premises to provide a cafe facility at the level shown by the floor plans submitted on the 6th July 2011.

Any increase in the floor area of the cafe facility would fall outside of this approval and would require a further planning application to be submitted to the Planning Authority.

This decision was made by the Development Control Manager in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

Whichever is the later.
