Dear Planning The Commissioners wish to submit their views on the following planning application:- 19/01398/B 22 Carrick Park Sulby - Erection of a detached garage and extension to driveway - Refused 4-1 majority. The Commissioners note that the applicant intends to convert the existing garage into additional living accommodation, but still require garage space. It is the Commissioners opinion that there will not be enough open space on the site. They would like to see an application that covers all the proposed development on the site so that it can be judged together.
