General Report Site Visited: Y / N The site lies on the eastern side of Hilberry Road and accommodates the Beehive kindergarten and living accommodation. Proposed now is the addition of a glazed poren facility for waiting parents. This was approved on April 1, 1993 (92/1696). This file is now where it should be in the system so I can or ascertain if these plans are the same as those previously approved. From memory, the plans are certainly similar if not the same, as those approved previously. The scheme does not affect the neighborhood and also only minimally the appearance of the front elevation.
