General Report Site Visited: Y / N The property sits on the northeastern side of the Hillbenny Road and constitutes a kindergarten, established for several years. Proposed now is Signage: two signs are proposed, one to be attached to the northern gable of the building, the other is alongside the road. The first is a long sign, measuring 0.6m x 2.4m. The roadside sign is 0.9m² attached to the wall. The gable sign is fairly indecisive, no offensive, but probably does little in the way of advertising.
