THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL INTERIM DEVELOPMENT) ORDER, 1974. & 1977 THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (INTERIM DEVELOPMENT) REGULATIONS. 1975. & 1977
To Mr. A. Skillan, "Ohio Cottage", Andreas.
In pursuance of their powers under the above Acts, Orders and Regulations the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Isle of Man Local Government Board do hereby PERMIT development in accordance with the application made by and the plans submitted by you Construction of bungalow - land adjoining "Ohio Cottage", Andreas, ON REVIEW
hereinafter called "the applicant" and approved by the Planning Committee on the 20th day of July 1981, subject to compliance with the conditions or modifications specified hereunder:
(1) The building(s) shall not be used for any other purpose than that indicated on the plan or in the application without the consent of the Committee.
(2) The development shall be completed within the period of (12) months from the date of this approval which shall cease to have effect in default of compliance with this condition except in respect of any development completed within that period.
(3) Subject to the last foregoing condition the development having been commenced shall be carried on to completion in a workmanlike and expeditious manner to the satisfaction of the Planning Committee and if not so completed within the said period of THEIVE months it shall be a further condition of this approval that the applicant shall submit a new application for consideration by the Committee in respect of the uncompleted development.

to the applicant Mr. A. Skillan, and shall not, without the consent in writing of the Committee, be capable of assignment, but shall, in the event of his death during the currency of this permission, or any renewal thereof, ensure for the benefit of his estate if the erection of the proposed dwelling shall have been commenced in his lifetime.
Board in a form satisfactory to that Board, that he will not sell or otherwise part with possession of the proposed dwelling for a period of ten years from 20th July 1981, without the prior written consent of the Board; such covenant must be duly executed and recorded in the General Registry PRICE TO THE CONVENCENT OF ANY DISCLOSURE WORSE.
whose employment or latest employment is or was, employment in horticulture or agriculture in the Island and including also the dependants of such persons as aforesaid and such tenancy must be subject at all times to enquiry and approval by the Committee.
whole of the land shown in the submitted application and no further dwellings will be permitted.
