In pursuance of their powers under the above Acts and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of

Hard surfacing of existing site and erection of permanent office and under cover refuse area, civic amenity site, Snugborough Trading Estate, Union Mills, Braddan.
which was considered at a meeting held on the 31 May 1996, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule, numbered 1 to 4.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town & Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, byelaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: NO WORKS MAY BE COMMENCED UNTIL SUCH TIME AS -
a) the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or b) any review of the initial decision has been completed; or c) the time for requesting an appeal in relation to any decision at review has expired; or d) any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of review against the decision of the Planning Committee are attached.
SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS Application No. 95/1756
- This approval relates to the building works as shown in the submitted plans and the use of the site as a civic amenity facility.
- If commenced the works must be completed within two years of the date of this notice.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main public foul sewer and an interceptor must be installed within the surface water drainage system as part of this development to the satisfaction of the Drainage and Environmental Health authorities.
Note: The applicant's attention is drawn to the 1916 Local Government Consolidation Act, Section 56 in this respect.
- The development must be connected to the main foul sewer.
Note: The applicant is advised to consult the Drainage Division in this respect and should notify the same of the date proposed for such connection.
A drainage connecting fee will be payable to the Department of Transport on this application.
Note: The applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer with respect to the provision of adequate fire fighting equipment.
