Variation of condition 10 of PA 12/01140/B, Erection of a fishing complex with lakes, cafe, four holiday cottages, educational facility and landscaping, to change the hours of operation for cafe from 05.00hrs to 21.00hrs to 07.00hrs to 23.00hrs Highway Comments: The application would not amend the existing site access and parking arrangements. The proposed change in the opening hours by opening 2 hours later and closing 2 hours later should not create any new highway issues, as it is considered unlikely there would be an increase in traffic and parking demand between 9pm and 11pm compared to the current use of the site. Highway Services does not oppose the application.
