No additional infill required to be brought to site (B) SPOIL - (i) Topsoil - 30 m 3 redestributed over approved wind and visual screening banks on our adjoining land (ii) clay \& subsoil - 30 m 3 used to augment wind and visual screening banks on adjoining land iii) shale - 40 m 3 from pool \& footings. - 10 m 3 used as backfill below games room \& sitting area floors 5 m 3 as base for bank to close defunct drive access to road 15 m 3 as base for raised visual \& wind screening banks 10 m 3 to create a proper base for driveway \& parking surface
NOTE - spoil is limited quant due to sloping site, resulting in pool at lower-ground floor level, so source of Significant quant of spoil is limited to hole for pool (C) TREES, HEDGES \& BUSHES
No trees, or their canopies within 8 m Nearest shrubs / brushes is the line shown $5 \mathrm{~m}+$ to SE, mixed varieties which form a continuous hedge No trees, shrubs or bushes affected by the proposed works (D) GROUND LEVELS
Modest change to ground levels, as the pool extension is to be at the level of existing lower ground floor at rear of building. with level of roof just below window level on SE elevation wall to which it will abut on existing garage $\&$ dwelling. Ground level to SE of proposed extension unchanged. This to be new ground level around extension . Section through proposed extension included in submission. (E) SEPTIC TANK
Original 2,800 lit septic tank was replaced with 4,600 lit septic tank, location changed to more rational location below the dwelling in 2014.
