Conditions (if any)

Condition 6 of the 09/00721/B planning approval states that the leisure and community centre opening hours are restricted to between 7am and 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm Saturday and 9am to 8pm Sunday. The current application seeks permission to change this to a 6am start Monday to Friday. The traffic and parking demand should be low between 6am and 7am and probably less than at other times of the day. The existing site access and parking arrangements would remain the same for the proposals. Therefore, no new highway issues should arise from the development. Highway Services does not oppose the application.
