Dear Sirs

I wish to register for 'interested person status' on planning application 18/00629/B - Creation of an outdoor equine arena Field 534212, Scollag Road, Abbeylands, Isle of Man.

I own and dwell at 4 Abbeylands Estate and have a right of way over the private estate road that will be used to access the proposed outdoor equine arena and adjoining stables previously approved.

I have no objection to the proposed outdoor equine arena in principle, on the basis that the department imposes the same condition regarding private use only, as per the stables on the adjoining land, Application Ref:17/01217/B.
