In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 2nd September 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the alterations, erection of an extension to form ancillary accommodation and extension to residential curtilage as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 01 received on 16th June 2011 and 02 A received on 3rd August 2011.
- No development shall take place until full details of a soft landscaping works showing planting along the eastern boundary have been submitted to and approved in writing by
the Planning Authority and these works shall be carried out as approved. All planting shall be carried out in accordance the approved details in the first planting and seeding seasons following that first occupation. Any tree or shrub which within 5 years from the completion of the development dies, is removed or becomes seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with another of similar size and species unless the Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.
- The residential unit hereby approved may be occupied only by persons related to the owners or occupants of "Sloe Cottage". For the avoidance of doubt no approval is hereby given for the use of unit to be used as a separate dwelling, but incidental to main dwelling house "Sloe Cottage" as a single dwelling.
- Prior to the commencement of any building operations, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority a sample of timber cladding proposed. This approved sample is required to be implemented in accordance with this approval.
This decision was made by the Development Control Manager in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
