Highway Comments: The building is currently permitted for use as a farm workers dwelling only via a planning condition which this application seeks to remove to enable the dwelling to be occupied by anyone. The application states that there is parking for several vehicles on the driveway which should not be changed. There should not be a significant increase in traffic and parking demand as a result of the development and therefore no new highway issues should arise.

Highway Services does not oppose the application.
